Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make Strawberry Dole Whip that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tropical flavor of pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more pineapple juice or coconut milk to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more powdered sugar. Blend again to combine.
- For a soft-serve consistency, serve the Dole Whip immediately by spooning it into bowls or piping it using a piping bag for a classic swirl effect.
- If you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 20-30 minutes. Stir halfway through to ensure even freezing.
- Serve as is, or garnish with fresh strawberry slices, a sprig of mint, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
- For a vegan option, ensure the milk used is plant-based.
- Can be stored in the freezer for a firmer texture.
