Description

Delightful and festive Strawberry Santas that make perfect holiday treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Decorative red and black icing for the face

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by carefully washing them.
  2. Cut the stem off the strawberry to have a flat side to sit them down on.
  3. Cut the strawberries into three pieces, leaving enough room on top for the Santa hat.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Carefully put the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag.
  6. Put the bottom of the Santa on a plate and pipe the cream cheese mixture on top, tall enough for the face.
  7. Add the Santa hat on top of the body and use the piping bag to add the white top.
  8. Use the decorative icing to draw the face.
  9. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
