- 12 large strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- Decorative red and black icing for the face
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by carefully washing them.
- Cut the stem off the strawberry to have a flat side to sit them down on.
- Cut the strawberries into three pieces, leaving enough room on top for the Santa hat.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Carefully put the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag.
- Put the bottom of the Santa on a plate and pipe the cream cheese mixture on top, tall enough for the face.
- Add the Santa hat on top of the body and use the piping bag to add the white top.
- Use the decorative icing to draw the face.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

- For best results, use fresh strawberries suitable for decorating.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- These treats should be consumed soon after assembly for best presentation.
