  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork. Bake until tender.
