Description

Super Bowl Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy dip that’s perfect for game day gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheeses until well combined.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of buffalo wing sauce.
