- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ avocado, sliced (optional)
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cook chicken breasts if not using leftovers, shred or dice them once cooled.
- Toss Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce: Combine chicken with sweet chili sauce in a bowl and mix until coated.
- Prepare the Veggies: Wash and shred greens, slice cucumber, shred carrots, and thinly slice red onion and avocado.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat, spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, layer greens, chicken, veggies, cheese, cilantro, and squeeze lime juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Roll and Serve: Fold sides in, roll tightly, slice if desired, and serve immediately or wrap for later.

- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on personal preference.
- The wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat wraps and Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
