Ingredients

- 8 oz burrata cheese
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Arrange the sweet potato slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
