Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings that will delight your guests.


Ingredients

  • Mini Phyllo Cups – 1 package (15-20 cups)
  • Creamy Pumpkin Filling – 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice) to taste
  • Stuffed Mushrooms – 12 medium mushrooms, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) to taste
  • Turkey Meatballs – 1 lb ground turkey, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, Spices (garlic powder, onion powder) to taste
  • Caprese Skewers – 16 cherry tomatoes, 16 fresh mozzarella balls, 16 basil leaves
  • Savory Cheese Bites – 1 box puff pastry
  • Sweet Potato Bites – 2 medium sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Cranberry Brie Bites – 1 wheel brie cheese, 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Wash and chop any fresh herbs or vegetables.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the stuffed mushrooms.
  4. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Sauté the chopped stems in olive oil until golden, about 5 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sautéed mushroom stems, and herbs. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps.
  6. In another bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices. Form small meatballs.
  7. Bake the stuffed mushrooms and turkey meatballs for 20 minutes.
  8. Peel and cube sweet potatoes, then roast for about 25 minutes. Top with feta and pecans.
  9. Assemble Caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  10. Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, and spices for the pumpkin cups. Fill mini phyllo cups and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  11. Assemble cranberry bites with brie and cranberry sauce on crescent roll dough, bake for 12-15 minutes.
  12. Arrange all appetizers beautifully on a serving platter.
  13. Add decorative garnishes like fresh herbs or cranberries.
