Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the red bell peppers for about 20 minutes.
- After roasting, steam the peppers for 10 minutes, then peel, seed, and chop them.

- Season tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then sear in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve the tilapia topped with the roasted pepper sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
