A delicious and fresh pasta dish made with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and flavored with garlic and basil.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Basil, fresh
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Zucchinis, medium
- 8 oz Pasta
- 1 Red pepper flakes
- 1 Salt and black pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Parmesan cheese, Grated
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes; cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add sliced zucchini and salt and black pepper; cook until zucchini is tender.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the vegetables.
- Mix in fresh basil and toss well.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- You can use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
