Description

A delicious and fresh pasta dish made with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and flavored with garlic and basil.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Basil, fresh
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Zucchinis, medium
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 1 Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Parmesan cheese, Grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes; cook until the tomatoes soften.
  5. Add sliced zucchini and salt and black pepper; cook until zucchini is tender.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Mix in fresh basil and toss well.
  8. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

  • You can use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
