Description
Delicious stuffed peppers filled with chicken, three types of cheese, and crispy bacon.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables to the stuffing for extra nutrition.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
