Description

Delicious stuffed peppers filled with chicken, three types of cheese, and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to add vegetables to the stuffing for extra nutrition.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
