- 150 g graham cracker crumbs
- 260 g mini white chocolate chips
- 120 g coloured candy sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until fully integrated and smooth.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and mini white chocolate chips to the wet mixture. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed and a dense dough forms.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for 60 minutes to firm up, facilitating easier portioning.
- Using clean hands, section the chilled mixture and roll into small balls approximately 3 cm in diameter for optimal richness and presentation.
- Roll each ball in a shallow dish filled with coloured candy sprinkles, ensuring a vibrant, even layer adheres to the surface.
- Place the completed balls on a tray and refrigerate again until firm before serving.
- Store finished treats in a sealed container in the refrigerator. For extended keeping, freeze in an airtight container.
