Description

Delicious white chocolate chip cranberries cookies that are soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Cranberries, Dried

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar together until well combined and creamy.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and baking soda.
  4. Gradually add the dry mix into the wet and beat together until cookie dough forms.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop 1 1/2 inch cookie dough balls onto the prepared pan with enough room between each to allow room to spread.
  9. Bake for 11-12 minutes.
