- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup crushed or chunk pineapple, drained
- ¼ cup green onion, diced
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, pineapple, and green onions in a medium-sized bowl. Combine well.
- Spoon the filling in the center of each wrapper. Brush water around the perimeter to lightly moisten the wrapper.
- Fold the top and bottom of the wrapper up and pinch the edges together. Then pinch the remaining sides together to create a pocket sealing in the filling.
- Lightly brush the exterior of each wonton with olive oil.
- Place the wontons in the air fryer, set the temperature to 300°F, and cook until the wrappers are crisp with golden, crunchy edges (about 7-9 minutes).
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
