A delightful and sweet air fryer dish featuring caramelized pineapple slices.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh cored pineapple
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
- ½ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
- Slice the pineapple into ½-inch rings. Slice the rings into quarters and pat dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and set it aside.
- Add the brown sugar, melted butter, and allspice to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
- Toss the sliced pineapple in the brown sugar mixture to coat completely.
- Note: You will need to cook the pineapple in batches. Place the pineapple in a single layer in the prepared air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 6½ minutes, and then flip the slices to cook for an additional 6 to 6½ minutes. Repeat for the remaining slices.
- Serve while still warm.
