- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry orzo pasta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
- Extra cracked black pepper (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss strawberries with balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15–18 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
- Blend feta, cream cheese, and olive oil until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cook orzo in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and toss with olive oil. Keep warm.
- Season chicken with kosher salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
- Add balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic to the skillet. Simmer until reduced and glossy. Return chicken to the pan and coat thoroughly in the glaze.
- Spread whipped feta onto a serving platter or individual plates. Spoon the warm orzo alongside.
- Arrange balsamic glazed chicken over the orzo and top with roasted strawberries.
- Finish with fresh basil leaves and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.

- This recipe can be made ahead by preparing the whipped feta and roasted strawberries in advance.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
