Description

A classic dessert featuring a split banana topped with three scoops of ice cream and various sauces.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium ripe banana peeled and cut lengthwise
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
  • 1 Tablespoon strawberry sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon pineapple sauce
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • Whipped Topping for topping
  • Chopped roasted peanuts or walnuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Place the banana in a dessert dish with one slice on each side.
  2. Place scoops of ice cream between bananas.
  3. Top the vanilla ice cream with pineapple sauce, top the strawberry ice cream with strawberry sauce, and top the chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce.
  4. Top each scoop of ice cream with whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts or walnuts on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
