Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup mayo
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Croutons for garnish
Instructions
- Using a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste, 1 minced garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste.
- Give it a good whisk until everything is combined.
- Into the same bowl, add 1 cup of mayo and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk until everything is combined.
- Place romaine lettuce onto a salad plate, drizzle salad dressing over the top, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons. Optionally, sprinkle black pepper over the top for a final touch. Enjoy!
