A simple and delicious recipe for Bisquick sausage balls, perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- 3 c Bisquick
- 1 lb sausage, ground pork, spicy is great
- 16 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c milk, or use water but milk makes them fluffier
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Using hands, mix well and form the meat into balls (approx. 2-3 Tbsp each).
- Place sausage balls on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 23-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Spicy sausage adds extra flavor but feel free to use a milder sausage.
- These can be served with various dipping sauces for added flavor.
