Description

A simple and delicious recipe for Bisquick sausage balls, perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 3 c Bisquick
  • 1 lb sausage, ground pork, spicy is great
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c milk, or use water but milk makes them fluffier

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Using hands, mix well and form the meat into balls (approx. 2-3 Tbsp each).
  4. Place sausage balls on a large baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 23-25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Spicy sausage adds extra flavor but feel free to use a milder sausage.
  • These can be served with various dipping sauces for added flavor.
