Description

Cadbury Egg Dip is a delightful and creamy dessert that combines cream cheese, butter, and crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs, perfect for dipping with vanilla wafers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 2 (9 ounce) bags Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • Vanilla wafers for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract until blended.
  2. Next, beat in the powdered sugar.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until all combined.
  4. Crush up 1 and a half bags of the mini eggs.
  5. Stir in the crushed mini eggs to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. You can crush the remaining eggs to top the dip or use them whole to decorate the top of the dip; I did a mixture of both.
  7. Serve with vanilla wafers for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of mini eggs for your preferred sweetness.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
