Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful dessert that combines the creaminess of cheesecake with the freshness of strawberries, topped with a crunchy Oreo mixture.

- 6 golden Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
- 12–15 large strawberries, halved
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Make the crunch: Bake crushed Oreos mixed with melted butter and strawberry gelatin at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
- Prep strawberries: Rinse, pat very dry, slice in half lengthwise, and arrange cut-side up on a platter.
- Mix filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until light and creamy.
- Fill & finish: Spoon or pipe about 1–1½ tsp filling onto each strawberry and sprinkle generously with strawberry crunch.
Notes
- Dry strawberries well to keep the filling firm.
- Best served right after assembling for perfect texture.
- Use full-fat block cream cheese for the creamiest result.
