Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful dessert that combines the creaminess of cheesecake with the freshness of strawberries, topped with a crunchy Oreo mixture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 golden Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
  • 1215 large strawberries, halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Make the crunch: Bake crushed Oreos mixed with melted butter and strawberry gelatin at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
  2. Prep strawberries: Rinse, pat very dry, slice in half lengthwise, and arrange cut-side up on a platter.
  3. Mix filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until light and creamy.
  4. Fill & finish: Spoon or pipe about 1–1½ tsp filling onto each strawberry and sprinkle generously with strawberry crunch.

Notes

  • Dry strawberries well to keep the filling firm.
  • Best served right after assembling for perfect texture.
  • Use full-fat block cream cheese for the creamiest result.
