- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 18 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes (optional)
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in the cheesecake pudding mix and vanilla yogurt until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully blended and light.
- Carefully mix in the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, and grapes, starting with the firmer fruits so they stay intact.
- Taste the salad and drizzle in honey or maple syrup if you want it a little sweeter.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the flavors blend beautifully.
Notes
- Add the bananas just before serving to keep them fresh and bright.
- A squeeze of lemon juice helps prevent banana browning.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or toasted coconut on top for extra texture.
