Description

A sweet and creamy salad combining fresh fruits with a cheesecake-like filling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 18 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 18 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (optional)
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the cheesecake pudding mix and vanilla yogurt until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully blended and light.
  4. Carefully mix in the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, and grapes, starting with the firmer fruits so they stay intact.
  5. Taste the salad and drizzle in honey or maple syrup if you want it a little sweeter.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the flavors blend beautifully.

Notes

  • Add the bananas just before serving to keep them fresh and bright.
  • A squeeze of lemon juice helps prevent banana browning.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or toasted coconut on top for extra texture.
