Description

A creamy and flavorful Chicken Macaroni Pasta Salad that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 oz elbow macaroni or shells
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼1/2 cup diced red onions
  • ¼1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1620 oz cooked and diced chicken
  • 23 hard boiled eggs, diced into chunks

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in accordance with the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl or serving dish, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  3. Add in the cooked pasta, diced celery, diced onions, cooked chicken, and boiled eggs.
  4. Stir to combine. Chill for at least an hour if preferred.

Notes

  • Using Greek yogurt will add additional protein to the salad.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of onions and celery according to your taste.
