- 1 pack about 8 sheets graham crackers, plus extra crushed for topping
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 10 oz melting milk chocolate
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Flaky salt for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange whole graham crackers in a single layer to form a large rectangle.
- Spread marshmallow creme evenly over the top of each graham cracker.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the marshmallow layer.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
- Optional: Lightly toast the mini marshmallows with a kitchen torch for a classic s’mores touch.
- Let the bark sit at room temperature or refrigerate until fully set.
- Melt additional chocolate and drizzle over the top. Optional: sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Once fully hardened, break into pieces and serve.
