- 4 ounces ginger beer (or ginger kombucha)
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1 ounce non-alcoholic rum or your favorite alcohol-free spirit (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a serving glass or copper mug with plenty of ice cubes.
- Pour the cranberry juice and fresh orange juice over the ice.
- If using, add the non-alcoholic rum or alcohol-free spirit.
- Slowly pour in the ginger beer (or ginger kombucha) to preserve the bubbles and gently stir.
- Taste the mocktail, adjusting sweetness and tanginess as desired.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries, an orange wheel, rosemary, or thyme before serving.
