A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole featuring croissants, deli meats, and a creamy egg mixture, topped with a sweet and savory honey butter herb sauce.

- 6–8 Croissants cut into halves or thirds
- 10–12 slices deli meat (ham, prosciutto, turkey breast, salami)
- 3–4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 8–10 slices swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions
- Cut croissant pieces into thirds.
- Combine milk, spices, eggs, and herbs. Whisk until well mixed.
- Dunk croissants into the milk mixture, shake off excess liquid. Lay them into a baking dish, filling the dish with croissant pieces.
- Add deli meat and cheese into the spaces between the croissants.
- Mix honey, butter, and herbs together in a bowl.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until cheese melts, basting with the honey butter mixture intermittently.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of deli meats based on personal preference.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the deli meat.
- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
