Description
A simple and delicious Dump and Bake Pepperoni Tortellini Alfredo dish that’s perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb refrigerated tortellini (I used pizza flavour but any flavour will work)
- 28 oz jarred alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 oz pepperoni slices (I like to use the cup and crisp kind)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Dump the tortellini into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Add the alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning and half and half to the dish.
- Stir until all of the tortellini is well coated in sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the sauce is bubbling and pepperoni is crispy, about 30 – 35 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use any flavor of tortellini you prefer.
- For a lighter version, consider using a light alfredo sauce.
- The bake time may vary based on your oven, so keep an eye on it.
