Description

A simple and delicious Dump and Bake Pepperoni Tortellini Alfredo dish that’s perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb refrigerated tortellini (I used pizza flavour but any flavour will work)
  • 28 oz jarred alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 oz pepperoni slices (I like to use the cup and crisp kind)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Dump the tortellini into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Add the alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning and half and half to the dish.
  4. Stir until all of the tortellini is well coated in sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
  6. Sprinkle the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  7. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the sauce is bubbling and pepperoni is crispy, about 30 – 35 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of tortellini you prefer.
  • For a lighter version, consider using a light alfredo sauce.
  • The bake time may vary based on your oven, so keep an eye on it.
