Description

Delicious and easy-to-make croissant breakfast sandwiches filled with scrambled eggs, honey ham, and melted cheese, perfect for a delightful morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 croissants sliced in half
  • 6 eggs scrambled
  • 20 slices honey ham
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook eggs according to your preferred doneness, set aside.
  3. Slice your croissants in half, set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, heat your butter and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved, then stir in your mustard.
  5. Brush the mixture on one side of each croissant.
  6. Place about 4-5 slices of ham on the bottoms of each croissant, top with a slice of cheese, and then add 1/4 of your scrambled eggs.
  7. Place the other half of the croissant on top and wrap in tinfoil.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
