Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make dish featuring watermelon fries topped with feta and herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Watermelon
  • 23 Limes
  • 1 Large Sprig Mint, Basil, Cilantro, or any herb of choice
  • 1 block Feta
  • 1 container Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into thin strips and place them on a flat serving tray, stacking them as you go.
  2. Roll your limes on the counter using the palm of your hand to release more juice, then slice them in half and squeeze over the top of the watermelon slices.
  3. Slice mint or herb of choice and sprinkle over the top.
  4. Crumble the feta and finish with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy this simple watermelon fries side dish!
