A refreshing and easy-to-make dish featuring watermelon fries topped with feta and herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 Watermelon
- 2–3 Limes
- 1 Large Sprig Mint, Basil, Cilantro, or any herb of choice
- 1 block Feta
- 1 container Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Slice the watermelon into thin strips and place them on a flat serving tray, stacking them as you go.
- Roll your limes on the counter using the palm of your hand to release more juice, then slice them in half and squeeze over the top of the watermelon slices.
- Slice mint or herb of choice and sprinkle over the top.
- Crumble the feta and finish with everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this simple watermelon fries side dish!
