Description

Delicious Funfetti Cake Mix Cookie Bars that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 30.50 ounces (2 boxes) yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles, divided
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the cake mix, butter, and eggs until combined. Fold in ⅔ cups of the sprinkles.
  3. Press ⅔ of the dough evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and remaining sprinkles.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the bars, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Roll remaining dough into small balls and place them evenly over the top. Press down gently to flatten.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until they just begin to brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the bars cool completely for easier cutting.
  • These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • You can substitute the white chocolate chips with milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips if desired.
