Description

Garlic Parmesan Corn On The Cob is a delicious and flavorful side dish that combines the richness of butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese with sweet corn.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 Frozen Corn On The Cobs
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • ¼1/2 Cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • ¼1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Parsley (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 12 Tbs Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. In a large pot, boil the corn in water with 1 stick of butter for 5-7 minutes or until the kernels are soft.
  3. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour it into a baking dish and then add the corn. Roll it into the butter and season it on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Add the garlic parmesan sauce to the top each piece of corn and brush it into all sides.
  5. Place the baking dish on the center rack of the oven for about 10 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the freshly grated parmesan cheese onto the top of each one, garnish with parsley (optional), serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure to adjust the amount of garlic parmesan sauce according to your taste preference.
  • Fresh parsley adds a nice touch, but it’s optional.
  • For a spicier version, add more garlic powder or additional seasonings.
