Description
Grilled Crack Chicken Foil Packs are a delicious and easy way to enjoy a summer meal with chicken, bacon, potatoes, and cheese, all cooked on the grill.

- 4 Chicken Breasts diced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 ½ pound Baby Potatoes quartered
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 4 Tablespoons Butter melted
- 8 slices Bacon cooked, divided
- 4 oz Cream Cheese diced
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
- In a large bowl, combine 4 diced chicken breasts, 4 slices of bacon, 1 ½ pounds quartered baby potatoes, 1 packet ranch seasoning mix, and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Stir until evenly coated.
- Divide the chicken and potato mixture evenly between the foil sheets. Top with diced cream cheese (4oz).
- Seal the foil packet and place them on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature for 165 degrees F and the potatoes are fork tender.
- Carefully open each of the foil packs. Top each pack with approximately ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining bacon (4 slices). Seal the foil back up and allow the heat from the meal to melt the cheese (5-10 minutes).
- Open the foil packets, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F for safe consumption.
- Add more seasoning if you prefer a stronger flavor.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
