Ingredients

- 3 ounces apple cucumber juice
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup (or honey, agave syrup, or your favorite sweetener)
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine, ginger kombucha, or ginger beer (your choice)
- Optional: fresh cranberries, fresh mint sprigs, lime wheel, green apple slices, green sugar for rim
Instructions
- Pour the fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Lightly clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their natural oils and aroma, then add them to the shaker.
- Pour in the apple cucumber juice and maple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Fill a serving glass with fresh ice.
- Strain the mocktail mixture into the glass.
- Top the drink with your preferred mixer: Non-alcoholic sparkling wine, ginger kombucha, or ginger beer. Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries, a sprig of mint, a lime wheel, or thin green apple slices. For an extra festive touch, dip the rim of the glass in lemon juice and coat it with green sugar before pouring the drink.
- Serve immediately while cold.
