Description

A delicious and easy-to-make hash brown casserole, perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups loosely shredded)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 20 oz shredded hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes (slightly crushed)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and spray an 11 x 7″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese and stir to combine well.
  3. Add in the shredded hash browns and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Notes

  • For a crispy topping, you can also add additional corn flakes on top before baking.
  • This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
