Description
A delicious and easy-to-make hash brown casserole, perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups loosely shredded)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 20 oz shredded hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes (slightly crushed)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and spray an 11 x 7″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese and stir to combine well.
- Add in the shredded hash browns and mix well.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Notes
- For a crispy topping, you can also add additional corn flakes on top before baking.
- This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
