Description

Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are a delectable combination of eggs, cheese, ham, and bacon nestled between sweet Hawaiian slider buns, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 slider buns
  • 12 large eggs beaten
  • 10 slices bacon cooked, chopped
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 15 slices deli ham
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the beaten eggs until softly scrambled. Remove from heat — don’t overcook, as they’ll finish in the oven.
  4. Slice the sheet of slider buns in half horizontally, keeping all the tops together and all the bottoms connected if possible.
  5. Place the bottom half of the buns on the baking sheet.
  6. Layer cheese slices across the bottom buns.
  7. Then add ham slices, eggs, and bacon on top.
  8. Place the top buns on top of the eggs and bacon layer.
  9. Brush the tops of the buns generously with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  12. Remove from the oven and slice into individual sliders. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the ingredients by adding vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers.
  • Make ahead by assembling the sliders the night before and refrigerate, then bake in the morning.
  • These sliders can be easily frozen and reheated for a quick breakfast option.
