Description
Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are a delectable combination of eggs, cheese, ham, and bacon nestled between sweet Hawaiian slider buns, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 15 slider buns
- 12 large eggs beaten
- 10 slices bacon cooked, chopped
- 12 slices American cheese
- 15 slices deli ham
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the beaten eggs until softly scrambled. Remove from heat — don’t overcook, as they’ll finish in the oven.
- Slice the sheet of slider buns in half horizontally, keeping all the tops together and all the bottoms connected if possible.
- Place the bottom half of the buns on the baking sheet.
- Layer cheese slices across the bottom buns.
- Then add ham slices, eggs, and bacon on top.
- Place the top buns on top of the eggs and bacon layer.
- Brush the tops of the buns generously with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and slice into individual sliders. Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the ingredients by adding vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers.
- Make ahead by assembling the sliders the night before and refrigerate, then bake in the morning.
- These sliders can be easily frozen and reheated for a quick breakfast option.
