Description

Delicious sliders made with pretzel buns, ham, and melted cheese, topped with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of 9 pretzel Hawaiian sliders
  • 9 ounces of deli ham
  • 4 large slices of marble jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a 9X9 pan with tinfoil. Slice the pretzel rolls in half and place the bottoms of the buns in a lined 9X9 pan.
  3. Top the bottom half with ham and cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the Dijon mustard and honey. Spread the mixture on the top half of the buns and place on top of ham and cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, microwave the butter for 30-60 seconds until melted. Brush the butter over the top of the pretzel buns.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove the foil from the pan and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to use your choice of cheese for a different flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of honey for sweetness to your preference.
