- 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill or in a baking dish and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Grill pineapple slices for the last 2 minutes for garnish.
