- 2 packages crescent rolls (8 per can)
- 8 jalapeños, cleaned (ribs and seeds removed)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sharp shredded cheese
- ⅓ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon in a bowl. Set aside.
- Clean jalapeños by removing seeds and ribs (wear gloves for safety).
- Open crescent rolls and lay them out on a flat surface or baking sheet.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place each filled jalapeño on the wide end of a crescent triangle and roll toward the point.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with ranch or your favorite dip!
