Description
Jalapeno Popper Monkey Bread is a deliciously cheesy and spicy baked treat that combines the flavors of jalapeno poppers with fluffy monkey bread.

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup canned sliced jalapenos, drained and diced small
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (16 oz) cans refrigerated jumbo biscuits, sliced into quarters
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, jalapenos, and cheddar.
- Add in quartered biscuit pieces and toss to coat well.
- Place half of dough into a greased Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle evenly with cubed cream cheese.
- Place remaining dough on top of cream cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
- Turn out onto a serving platter and allow bread to cool slightly before serving warm.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
- For best taste, serve warm from the oven.
- Can substitute any type of cheese for a different flavor profile.
- Make sure to grease the Bundt pan well to avoid sticking.
