Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, garlic powder, and egg to the melted cheese and mix until a uniform dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on the baking sheet and press it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into 8 equal-sized breadstick shapes using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
  8. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
