- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, garlic powder, and egg to the melted cheese and mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Place the dough on the baking sheet and press it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 8 equal-sized breadstick shapes using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
