Description

  • Zest of 1 full lemon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream (for thickness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ⏱️ 5 minutes
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice, lemon extract, and zest; mix until thick and glossy. 🍋 ⏱️ 5 minutes
