Description
No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Clusters are a delicious and easy treat that combines the rich flavors of pecans and coconut with a sweet praline base.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped & lightly toasted
- ½ cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant and lightly golden (3–4 minutes).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Stir constantly until butter melts and mixture is smooth (3 minutes).
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and boil exactly 2 minutes, stirring nonstop to achieve the perfect praline texture (2 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until fully blended (30 seconds).
- Quickly fold in shredded coconut and toasted pecans until everything is glossy and well coated (2 minutes).
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets to form rustic clusters (5 minutes).
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over each cluster using a spoon or piping bag (3 minutes).
- Let clusters set at room temperature until firm (25–30 minutes).
Notes
- For best results, use unsweetened shredded coconut for a less sweet treat.
- Store clusters in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature.
- You can substitute pecans with other nuts if desired.
