No Bake S’mores Parfaits

Description

A delicious and easy dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a no-bake parfait form.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup whipped topping
  • Hershey’s chocolate bars (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add pudding mix and milk to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together for 2-3 minutes, until the pudding is smooth.
  3. Place the pudding in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  4. While the pudding is chilling, use a rolling pin to crush the graham crackers into crumbs. Set aside a small graham cracker piece for each parfait for the garnish.
  5. When the crackers are crushed, get the pudding out of the refrigerator and assemble the parfaits.
  6. Line up the plastic cups and gather all ingredients.
  7. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of pudding into the bottom of each cup.
  8. Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the pudding in each cup.
  9. Add another layer of pudding to each cup.
  10. Add 1/4 cup whipped topping to each cup.
  11. Top the cups with approximately 1/4 cup mini marshmallows.
  12. Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch, taking extra care not to melt the edge of the plastic cups.
  13. Garnish each cup with a piece of chocolate bar and a piece of graham cracker.
  14. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Ensure to let the pudding chill to achieve the right consistency.
  • Use a kitchen torch carefully to toast marshmallows.
  • Can substitute mini marshmallows with larger ones if preferred, just chop them up.
