Description
A refreshing non-alcoholic Piña Colada punch perfect for gatherings and parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups coconut water (no added sugar)
- ½ cup cream of coconut
- ½ cup fresh lime juice (or more to taste)
- ½ cup non-alcoholic rum (optional)
- Sweetened shredded coconut (for the glass rim, optional)
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
- Lime wheels (for garnish)
- Pineapple wedges or pineapple fronds (for garnish)
- Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the Glasses (Optional): If you’d like a festive coconut rim, spread shredded coconut onto a small shallow plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each serving glass. Dip the moistened rim into the coconut, gently pressing so it sticks. Set the glasses aside.
- Mix the Punch: In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, fresh lime juice, and non-alcoholic rum (if using). Whisk or stir well until the cream of coconut is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the punch. For a brighter citrus flavor, add a little more fresh lime juice. If you’d like a sweeter drink, stir in a little extra cream of coconut.
- Serve: Fill prepared glasses with ice. Pour the punch over the ice.
- Garnish: Decorate each glass with your favorite tropical garnishes, such as pineapple wedge, lime wheel, pineapple fronds, or maraschino cherry. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the lime juice or cream of coconut to taste.
- This punch can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- For a fun twist, try adding other fruits like mango or passion fruit.
