Description

Deliciously easy oatmeal raisin bars made with wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 67 medium bananas mashed
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the mashed banana, oats, almond butter, and maple syrup and mix well. Fold in the raisins, reserving a few to top the bars with.
  3. Transfer the batter into the lined pan and top with extra raisins.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Feel free to add nuts or other dried fruits for extra flavor.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
