- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 box instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk (or the amount listed on your pudding mix)
- 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream, thawed if using frozen)
- 1 can peach pie filling
- Fresh peaches (sliced or halved, optional garnish)
- Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until the mixture looks like damp sand.
- Add the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk to a medium bowl. Whisk for about 2 minutes, until smooth and thickened. Let the pudding sit for about 1 minute to fully set.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding until the mixture is light, fluffy, and evenly combined.
- Place the filling in a piping bag with the tip snipped off for easy layering.
- If your peach pie filling has large peach pieces in it, roughly chop them into smaller pieces.
- Start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of each cup.
- Spoon or pipe a layer of the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust.
- Add a layer of peach pie filling on top, spreading it gently so it reaches the edges of the cup.
- For extra-pretty dessert cups, you can repeat the layers.
- Chill the Peach Pie Cheesecake Cups for at least 30 minutes before serving. Add whipped cream to the top right before serving if desired.
