Description

Peach Pie Cheesecake Cups are a delightful layered dessert combining a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy cheesecake filling, and sweet peach pie filling. Perfect for summer gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk (or the amount listed on your pudding mix)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream, thawed if using frozen)
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • Fresh peaches (sliced or halved, optional garnish)
  • Whipped cream (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until the mixture looks like damp sand.
  2. Add the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk to a medium bowl. Whisk for about 2 minutes, until smooth and thickened. Let the pudding sit for about 1 minute to fully set.
  3. Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding until the mixture is light, fluffy, and evenly combined.
  4. Place the filling in a piping bag with the tip snipped off for easy layering.
  5. If your peach pie filling has large peach pieces in it, roughly chop them into smaller pieces.
  6. Start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of each cup.
  7. Spoon or pipe a layer of the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust.
  8. Add a layer of peach pie filling on top, spreading it gently so it reaches the edges of the cup.
  9. For extra-pretty dessert cups, you can repeat the layers.
  10. Chill the Peach Pie Cheesecake Cups for at least 30 minutes before serving. Add whipped cream to the top right before serving if desired.

Notes
