Description
This Sugar-Free Pepper Jam is the perfect sweet-meets-spicy spread, made with aji peppers, crushed kiwi, fresh lime juice, and no-sugar pectin.

- 1 cup aji peppers, minced (or peppers of choice)
- 1 cup kiwi, crushed (about 3–4 kiwis)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons no-sugar pectin
Instructions
- Add the minced peppers, crushed kiwi, and fresh lime juice to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Sprinkle in the no-sugar pectin and stir constantly until fully dissolved.
- Let the jam simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a clean jar and chill in the refrigerator until set.
