Description

This Sugar-Free Pepper Jam is the perfect sweet-meets-spicy spread, made with aji peppers, crushed kiwi, fresh lime juice, and no-sugar pectin.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup aji peppers, minced (or peppers of choice)
  • 1 cup kiwi, crushed (about 34 kiwis)
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons no-sugar pectin

Instructions

  1. Add the minced peppers, crushed kiwi, and fresh lime juice to a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  3. Sprinkle in the no-sugar pectin and stir constantly until fully dissolved.
  4. Let the jam simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Transfer to a clean jar and chill in the refrigerator until set.
