Description

Refreshingly tropical pineapple coconut lime popsicles, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 fresh, ripe pineapple
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into smaller pieces, so it fits the blender.
  2. In the blender, add the cut pineapple, can of coconut milk, the juice of 1 lime and honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the pineapple mixture into your popsicle molds.
  4. Place a popsicle stick in each popsicle.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  6. Enjoy!

  • Make sure to use a ripe pineapple for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
