Refreshingly tropical pineapple coconut lime popsicles, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 1 fresh, ripe pineapple
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into smaller pieces, so it fits the blender.
- In the blender, add the cut pineapple, can of coconut milk, the juice of 1 lime and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the pineapple mixture into your popsicle molds.
- Place a popsicle stick in each popsicle.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Enjoy!

- Make sure to use a ripe pineapple for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
