Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly layer the drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the pineapple layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown and the edges begin to bubble.
