Description

Delicious peanut butter cookies with a surprise Reese’s Egg center, perfect for Easter or any time you crave a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 package Reese’s Eggs (mini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place a Reese’s Egg in the center of each ball and gently wrap the dough around it.
  5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
