Description

A delightful dessert dip that combines the sweet and salty flavors of strawberries and pretzels.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces (226g) Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup (67g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • ¾ cup Strawberry Pie Filling, divided (from a 20 ounce can)
  • Pretzels, for serving

Instructions

  1. Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Stir in about ½ cup of the pie filling.
  4. Chill dip until ready to serve. (Can be made one day ahead.)
  5. When ready to serve: Place dip in serving bowl.
  6. Top with another ¼ cup or so of pie filling for garnish.
  7. Serve with pretzels.
